Domino's Pizza Heerlen Bongerd — Restaurant in Heerlen

I ordered a pizza with dessert, from the same app I always use, thuisbezorgd, with the same address where I live, (I don't have any others) and after 1 hour, still no one shows up, I only get a call from a stranger for a few seconds who doesn't even give me time to pick up the phone and answer because it was already finished, I call and they tell me they have another delivery address and that they called me (with an unknown number) and that I didn't answer so nothing, no food or refund (24 €, something), the girl on the phone was quite sour and without the slightest professionalism, rude and without consideration for the customer, it seemed like I was talking to an arrogant high school student, now that I'm a regular customer (at least 2 times a week) rest assured that you won't...

scammers. we paid 35€ for 2 pizzas. after 1 hour the pizzas did not arrive. we call them to ask for information about the pizzas and on the phone a very rude young man says that they called 3 times on the phone and that we did not answer. there is no call from Domino's and they have no proof that they notified us about the pizzas. then they accused us of giving false information.I asked for the employee's name and he ironically said he doesn't give it and I can't do anything but write a review. In the end i say i come in the domino to take the pizza and say to me if you come i call the police. Nice young boys. We are asking for the money back in the amount of 35€ and never again there better close it If Domino's pizza can't find professional...
