Gentleman serving the table is probably the owner as well but certainly lacks the manners to speak and behave properly with child. I went there with my family and my child had a feather in her hand, at the time when i was on phone with someone he sternly asked my child to hand over the feather to him which she resistantly gave it to him. After that he said to me that sometimes we should be strong im saying it.

Though i did not confront him but i asked him to hand it over back to my child as sue was shocked and traumatized and in tears.

Job of restaurant is to serve the table and not to do parenting.

He apologized but damage was already done. Its just un acceptable for a person to behave like this with child and then give parenting advice. Note my child was sitting quitely at that time and playing with feather w/o any noise.

Probably he is an ignorant person who yhinks he is always right but sharing this for him to read it and do course correction and please dont engage with customers kids , you are not authorized , just because we are in your establishment.

Also they overcharged, when we looked closer we found the item which was not served but added in the bill. He has such an arrogant behaviour and tone.

We went there as I watend to experience Indiane cuisine, I specifically expressed that I didn't want lamb, or coriander (as I am Allergic) and I don't like spicy. The waiter said no problem and instead of as ordering he recommended what to order as we had no idea. We had spicy, coriander and lamb!!! We expressed our dissatisfaction!but all they did was just apologise for the waiter being new and that he was learning! I had also ordered the house wine witch was 18€ and was billed 36 €because the waiter did not understand the difference between house wine and other wines , in the end what they did was a discount of 10% of the whole bill! I will never recommend this place! I am a professional food taster and wine sommelier, and my conclusion of this restaurant is that you should seek better restaurants, please don't waste your money there. I can recommend much better places at much affordable prices and probably no one dying of...

Amazing food & I love that they have lots of great vegetarian/ vegan options. I order from them often for take out, but dined-in when we had visitors.

The atmosphere is also very nice. It’s a beautiful establishment.

The only I didn’t love is the customer service. The staff is not very welcoming/friendly at all.

I will return because I like the food and the other Indian restaurant that we used to go to in Heerlen has closed, which is how we found this place. (The owner at the other restaurant was always so kind and friendly to us. I wish we could’ve helped him stay...
