De Smulshop — Restaurant in Leiden

We ordered food from this restaurant after it was half an hour late for the delivery time. The food arrived without fries. We called the restaurant, and the owner argued that we ordered mashed potatoes, not fries, despite it being clearly stated on the invoice. Eventually, he promised to deliver them in half an hour. However, an hour and a half passed, and we received nothing. Upon calling again, he said he would send them along with an extra item as compensation. After 45 minutes, we finally received the soggy fries along with a broken croquette. Is this acceptable? I would not...

If there is less than 1 star I would have definitely chose it! Wordt service and food! Lied over the time of the order, came 1,5 hours later! Owner insisted that I lied over my order (raspatat) and here attached a photo that I ordered normale friet! Unbelievable!! Never...

Best customer service of any snack bar in Leiden. Not to mention that the food is good too; better than average quality for average prices. Though there's better fries and snacks to be found, they don't beat this...
