Fratelli Leidschendam — Restaurant in Leidschendam-Voorburg

Fratelli Leidschendam is in the heart of Leidschendam where we had the most delightful dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a romantic evening or a fun night out with friends. The place was packed on a weekday evening.

We started off with their house red wine which was full-bodied and perfectly complemented my our meal. The wine selection at Fratelli Leidschendam is impressive and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the perfect pairing for your meal.

For our main course, we ordered the pizza Margherita and it was hands down the best pizza I have ever had. The crust was thin and crispy, the tomato sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was gooey and delicious. The toppings were fresh and the overall combination was simply divine.

In addition to the pizza, we also tried some of their other popular dishes such as the spaghetti carbonara and the tiramisu for dessert is a must.

Overall, I cannot recommend Fratelli Leidschendam enough. The food is exceptional, the wine selection is impressive, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I will definitely be returning soon to try more of their...

We chose this restaurant because of gluten free pizza option as our kid has serious allergy for wheat. Even though we clearly informed the staff that she has allergy to wheat, flour etc. the pizza came with wheat flour underneath (to avoid burning in the oven) thank God I noticed that otherwise our kid would have been very sick. 2nd gluten free pizza came, and flour underneath again, when asked the waiter if it is corn or wheat, he answered first I don't know, when asked that I need to know what it is he said it's corn flour, and he added if u don't trust don't eat it. Additionally, they forgot and mixed up drinks orders at least 3 times. I ordered glass for water 4 times which never arrived, decided to drink the water in the beer glass (no choice, I was thirsty). Pizza is below average, wasn't cooked well (pastry) you can make better frozen pizzas at home yourself. Overall, I would not recommend...

I recently visited this charming Italian restaurant, and it was an experience worth remembering. The service was impeccable—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The highlight for me was the stunning view from the outside terrace, which created the perfect atmosphere for our meal.

The food was a mixed bag, but mostly delightful. The penne with chicken and spinach was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked pasta, tender chicken, and fresh spinach in a flavorful sauce. On the other hand, the carbonara was a bit bland and could benefit from a stronger punch of flavor.
