Pizzeria Crossa — Restaurant in Maastricht

We ordered three dishes: Spaghetti carbonara Kapsalon chicken Chicken wings with fries

I hate to admit it but this was truly a disaster dinner… the spaghetti carbonara was already cold when it arrived (drive was 5 minutes) and the ham was basically cut up in small pieces and the sauce was way too watery (also no added spices). Besides that: the chicken from the kapsalon was also cold and overcooked. Lastly all we could taste while eating the chicken wings was grease and the fries were cold and sloppy. I would’ve added pictures of the food but...

As an Italian I felt insulted, the pizza was a frozen one and for the price it was insane, 11€ for a margherita??! Terrible pizza the cheese was overwhelmingly oily and fat, and obviously it wasn’t mozzarella. The dough wasn’t salted and was hard, we could clearly tell that it was a premade and frozen pizza. We didn’t even finish it!!! Terrible never again, mai più era veramente...

Yesterday we ordered 3 pizzas from them, it was the worse experience ever, the dough is very dry like wood and tasteless with literally 0 salt on it, the filling was horrible, one of the pizzas was with salmon was the worse one , it was full of mushrooms and very disgusting, I wish if i read the reviews before ordering, was just waste...
