New York Pizza — Restaurant in Maastricht

This restaurant is beyond frustrating. Ordered pizza two days ago, and it never arrived. Called the next day, and they offered to let me reorder free of charge. I gave them another chance tonight, and once again, no pizza. Same incompetent driver as before, no missed calls, and yet they refuse to tell me what number they’ve been calling. When I called to resolve this, the so-called “manager” claimed he personally tried to deliver my order and that since they’ve supposedly tried twice, I’m not getting a refund. To make matters worse, they blamed me for "changing my address too many times," even though it’s the same building—I just provided both entrances in case one was easier to find. I just ordered two pints of ice cream and it came completely melted… this is unacceptable and it is not the first time it happens… We gave a lot of money to NYP from time to time, but regarding the ice cream it’s a big NO from me… I don’t need a food poisoning… P.S train your employees better because a month ago I ordered a California Veggie and somebody thought it would be funny to place a piece of chicken in the middle… Please respect other people’s eating...
