B.E.A.C.H. Noordwijk — Restaurant in Noordwijk

Starting with the best and only satisfying thing: booking was easy and after communicating via mail we got the disered time slot. Unusual was to pay 40 eur in advance for a BBQ dinner, but ok, maybe they had bad experiences. Maybe we were not informed by ourself well enough but on the website this spot looks quite cozy and we thought BBQ at the beach for family is a great experience, had this in Bali, Thailand,... several times and it was such a great event. Checked the price in advanced and thought "pricy would be ok if the quality and experience is good". This was the very first time we were so much disappointed. The beach club is more like a party spot for people who like drinking a lot. In this case I would give the club 5 stars. But for a beach dinner... just skip it. I didn't find anything comparable in Norwijk with a BBQ but let me say better none than this one. The kids meat, sauces and bread looked like a standard low budget supermarket products. Fish was ok but also didn't seem to be of high quality. The only thing that was high quality is the price. 150eur for 2 adults and 2 kids without anything special is hard to justify even direct to the beach. Other menues looked fine but nothing special. The BBQ is electric and was working after 90min of problems (greeat if you have kids waiting for food). If there would not have been the 40 eur in advance we were run away🙈 Finally: If your looking for drinks only and some snacks, good place. If your around with family or looking for good food, there are many, very good beach clubs around there, so better open your eyes 😉

For the owner: better get rid of a marketing like BBQ and focus on the above mentioned, also designing website to this would be helpful for people like us, it think nobody likes disappointed customers like us giving...

Worst Service ever... first the lady responsible for the seating tried to turn us around because we were overdressed by saying it might be too cold for us. Then after finally sitting somewhere and ordering, they forgot to give us cutlery. The food wasn’t any good. Don’t believe the menu. Tried to order the focaccia with hummus, instead I got dry bread with mustard, mayonnaise and bought couscous. We ordered a bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of wine. Both of which we had to fill ourselves.. I mean i can pour my own water but if I order an expensive bottle of wine I also expect the service of at least pouring the first glass. The waiter who brought the bottle didn’t even look at us. The main course was overcooked and didn’t taste homemade at all. In the end we tried several times to pay the check.. no one cared For our table.. we could have gotten up and left without paying.. after going inside to find someone to pay, they just told us to go look for our waiter. I am the guest and I will not search the whole restaurant for the waiter and most certainly i will not beg anyone to pay. After asking several people to finally pay our check the man at the desk expected us to again follow him through the whole restaurant and at the desk he couldn’t turn the iPad around and just expected us walk around the whole bar with high heeled shoes on sand. We should have just left. Regret going there.. destroyed a perfectly...

We recently held our end-of-summer work event at B.E.A.C.H. Noordwijk, and it couldn't have been better. The location, while a short distance from the main road (north of Noordwijk, south of Zandvoort), is well worth the trip, especially if you're looking for a quieter beach experience. We arrived by chartered bus, which made getting there easy. The venue is quite large and offers a variety of seating options, from relaxed lounge areas to more formal dining setups, all within different tent structures.

The food was a highlight—everything was delicious and well-prepared. The drinks were also great, with a good selection of wines and other beverages. The service was exceptional, particularly at the bar where the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, even with the high demand from our large group.

The indoor area looked spacious and well-appointed, but we preferred to stay outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and sunset. I'd highly recommend B.E.A.C.H. Noordwijk for both private events and for a relaxing day...
