Bagels & Beans — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I recently visited Bagels & Beans and had a mostly great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, with a variety of bagels and toppings that catered to different tastes. The coffee was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting—a perfect spot for a casual breakfast or brunch.

The service was also impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. However, one thing really stood out in a negative way—the toilet signage. It was poorly designed and felt disrespectful, making the experience awkward and uncomfortable. It’s a small but significant detail that affects customer experience, and I hope the management reconsiders it.

Overall, Bagels & Beans is a fantastic place to eat, but I hope they address this issue to ensure every aspect of the visit...

Where to start!? Everything was perfect about this place. Specially the workers their at Rotterdam! The workers were so patient, loveky, kind, funny, heloful! Just an awesome costumer service. Also the vages were deliiiicious. I ordered the Thai Chilli Chicken and my friend ordered the Mega Vegan I think was the name. She ordered the pesto cream cheese as extra and that was my favorite!! For the rest, the place is very pretty, many good options on their menu, but the workers their make it Top!! I am coming back to try more...

Very bad service. Drinks came after the food was served 20 minutes later. Staff chats with each other instead of working. The restaurant is filthy and it's impossible to get your order. It took so long that we decided to order at the bar but they told us to sit down and that they will come to us instead, meanwhile, it wasn’t an issue to pay at the bar.
