Dinnerant is an absolute culinary revelation. From the moment you walk in, it's clear this isn't your average fine dining experience—it's a masterfully curated journey of flavor, elegance, and care.
Every ingredient on the plate was of top-tier quality, clearly chosen with precision. The wagyu carpaccio was buttery, delicate, and indulgent, while the bluefin toro simply melted in the mouth. A rare treat—they use real wasabi, not the typical imitation paste, which made all the difference in balancing flavors.
The mocktails were another standout. Far from being the usual syrupy afterthoughts, each drink felt like a carefully crafted potion—refreshing, complex, and surprising.
Service was impeccable. Our waitress was especially brilliant, walking us through each dish with enthusiasm and knowledge, which made the whole experience even more engaging.
To top it all off—everything is halal. It’s a rare joy to find such high-end dining that caters to halal requirements without compromising an ounce of creativity or quality.
A massive shoutout to the chef for designing an experience that was not just a meal, but a full-on flavour blast from start to finish. I can’t...
Read moreThe place looks nice. Classy and sophisticated. The ambience is relaxed, and the music adds a nice touch. The open kitchen really makes the restaurant feel alive. You can grab a small bite and drink at the bar before moving to a table, or take a seat straight away.
The staff is quite welcoming and friendly. They are not afraid to strike up a conversation and seem to genuinely enjoy their work, as evidenced by the relaxed atmosphere and broad smiles on their faces. The chefs are friendly and talkative, and the owner seems like a very down-to-earth kind of person. Obviously, the waiting staff were excellent too. They know everything about the menu, from the food to the drinks.
The food - one word: amazing. I was honestly impressed by the freshness of the fish and the tenderness of the meat. I have been to Japan where the fish and meat are on a different level and Dinnerant gave me that same feeling. While I generally like sushi, nigiri, and sashimi, my personal favorites were the sea bass and dashi tomato salad. They go well together and provide a refreshing meal like you are eating it straight from the ocean.
I will definitely...
Read moreHad a very good dining experience at Dinnerant. The fish was incredibly fresh and full of delicate, refined flavor, while the wagyu was perfectly tender and richly satisfying. Every dish was presented with care. Some must-tries are the wagyu (sushi), salmon sashimi, scallops, and the toro nigiri. The servers took the time to explain the menu thoroughly; their warmth and attentiveness made the evening even more enjoyable. Another highlight was being able to watch the kitchen at work; seeing the precision behind each dish added a special energy to the experience. Combined with the calm and refined atmosphere, it made the evening both engaging and relaxing. The sushi stood out for its purity and authenticity: no unnecessary fusion twists, just beautifully cut, high-quality fish that let the natural flavors shine. The rice could have been slightly less dry, but that was a small detail in an otherwise excellent meal. The overall atmosphere was calm, refined, and inviting. All in all, Dinnerant is a restaurant that truly respects Japanese culinary tradition while creating a welcoming space for its guests. I’ll definitely be...
