New York Pizza — Restaurant in Rotterdam

They don’t take their job seriously, they just put the pizza in the oven or microwave & then they just forget about it. Here is the result: the pizza turns out burned. Also if you order the thin healthy version of the dough, it turns out to be as hard as a rock because again, it burned. I wonder if they check the pizza before packing & I wonder if they taste the pizza’s themselves. I also found a hair in one of the pizza’s it’s very disgusting I don’t think they even care about their business. They are most likely not doing very well financially. Usually places that doesn’t make much money, they don’t present their food well. If they present their food well & without hair & not forget to add ingredients on certain pizzas, then they would gain customers. This is for Groote beer branch in Rotterdam I also filed a complaint with a picture & I got no response. I don’t care if they respond it’s their choice whether or not to lose customers. I don’t mind if they are late or not, honestly it doesn’t matter because so many orders especially on weekends that’s very understandable so no complaint about delivery time but I care about the Quality & I’m pretty sure everyone cares about the quality of what they deliver in other words the product. I customize my order but I always get the same thing. The video shows: Zwarte Truffel Pizza (25 on cauliflower crust) with crème fraiche instead of tomato sauce, chili flakes, extra champignon.

Total came out to be €15.44 and I am very satisfied. The pizza always arrives within the window that they say it will arrive and my pizza is always still hot and always tastes delicious 💯 I love how they put the garlic oil on...

Vandaag voor het eerst en direct voor het laatst besteld.

Besteltijd was ruim een uur netjes op de opmerkingen ruimte extra tekst vermeld indien de bezorgtijd niet gehaald kan worden graag even bellen a.u.b, . En de uitleg voor de bel en de voordeur. ( nieuwe bezorgers vinden het vaak niet)

20 minuten na aangegeven bezorgtijd ben ik zelf maar gaan bellen om dat ik nog niets had gehoord, hoogst onvriendelijk grietje aan de telefoon .

wist van toeten nog blazen, na 2min in de wacht kreeg ik kort af Het is druk en de bezorger is al onderweg.. ik vroeg nog waarom er geen gehoor aan mijn verzoek gegeven was , weer alleen de bezorger is al onderweg.

Ondertussen nog 30 min moeten wachten tot de bezorger er eindelijk was. ( ik kan letterlijk vanaf mijn voordeur de grote beer zien ( 3. Min lopen)

Pizza was koud en het vet droop er uit , de kaasbroodjes dito.

Zo’n slechte service en en slecht bereid voedsel heb ik nog nooit gehad.

Ergste van alles manlief de avond dienst in zonder avond eten om dat men de moeite niet wil nemen om even te bellen! En dus te lang heeft zitten wachten waar door er geen tijd meer was om wat anders te regelen...
