A brand-new modern Japanese restaurant right in the heart of Rotterdam, around the corner/at Schouwburgplein. Beautiful interior and super delicious food and mocktails. The food as well as the drink menus are truly exciting. At first glance perhaps it's on the pricy side but it's right in the middle of the city (close to the shopping and theatre districts) and it's worth every penny, judging from the quality of the food AND the excellent, super friendly service. Tonight I had beef oshi, spicy karaage, hotate (torched scallops), Rainbow (deep-fried shrimp, salmon, tuna, sea bass), hamachi nigiri. Look at the presentation and great attention to details! went there to surprise my friend for her birthday. The place had such a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. Their calmness and the fact that they weren’t rushing made the whole experience even more pleasant. It helped us take our time, make decisions easily, and really enjoy ourselves.
