Very disappointed — especially with chef Erik, who recommended this place on his Youtube channel.

From the moment we walked in, the woman at the counter was very grumpy. We sat down at a table, ready to order, but she told us to go to the register to place our order. If we’re supposed to order at the counter, why let us sit down in the first place?

We ordered two pizzas — one with chicken, the other with tuna. The cutlery was randomly placed on the table, not even properly set.

When the pizzas arrived, the tuna pizza was missing several of the listed ingredients. We pointed it out, and the woman returned with a handful of basil and threw it on top of the pizza without any care.

Both pizzas were soggy, extremely oily, and just poorly made.

I had the pleasure of ordering 2 pizzas online. Estimated time 25 minutes, they arrived after an hour and 30 cold, burnt, you say they are soft pancakes, they are not crispy, they are not good at all, I called to ask what happened, they told me that the bike broke down on the way to the delivery from their company Panda pizza and that they were sorry and that's why it arrived so late, I asked how we do it??? normally it would have been nice to send me other pizzas, they simply replied send me an email and a picture. I find it embarrassing and insensitive that you have not taken measures in this regard to solve the problem by sending other pizzas, shame on you, you are ordinary insensitive!!! The place's decoration is really nice, and I really liked the standing bar with the open kitchen. The service was fine, nothing particularly memorable but no complaints either. The pizzas arrived really fast, which was great, but for the price, I expected a bit more. The ingredients could have been a little better in quality, and overall, they didn’t quite justify the cost. That said, the portion sizes were satisfactory, which was a plus. Out of the pizzas we tried, I’d recommend the Chicken Andalus, it stood out the most. I did enjoy my meal, but I’m not sure...
