We went for breakfast, I had a chai latte and a chicken sandwich. The drink was delicious, but the service + food left a bit to be desired for. I asked if it was possible to not include avocado on my sandwich- they said yes. When they served me, they left the avocado on, then touched the food with their bare hands. When they realized I asked for no avocado, they came back, took the sandwich, scraped the avocado off (uncleanly - there were still bits of it left). I ordered no avocado specifically because avocado makes me very painfully ill - and I still tasted the avocado on the sandwich (and got sick afterward). If you have an allergy or intolerance, MENTION IT UPFRONT and emphasize it - I only asked for no avocado, but didn't emphasize its importance, which was my mistake. The touching of my sandwich with their bare hands before serving and after scraping was also a bit unsanitary. Tastewise the sandwich was hard, cold, and kind of bland. I love Served, and I’m a regular customer, but I also believe they should invest in changing the menu or adding some new food and drink options. I love their loyalty program as well and once in a while it’s great to have a drink or a meal with a big discount or for free. However, I’ve already tried all the sandwiches and salads here - the absolute favourites are a crab sandwich and a chicken salad, so sometimes I go for them, but most of the time, I want to experience something new while still visiting a place I love. And that is what is missing at the moment😢 Another favourite of mine is their pancakes, which are truly mouthwatering and delicious - sadly, you can’t order them via Uber Eats. Also, I don’t go here for coffee - coffee isn’t so great here, I’m afraid - instead, I go for shakes and juices or something sweet like Vanilla Bean Latte, which isn’t coffee but a coffee drink. I wish the owners would consider this and try to diversify the menu (maybe by adding seasonal options) and spice things up to attract even more new and...

No notes, the coffee shop is awesome. Coffee is phenomenal, had the iced Americano and tuna sandwich! Bread was great! Pesto great! Iced Americano was super smooth, could have been a cold brew. Interior is modern and grammable.

The real kicker was the fact I went to go sit outside, the wind blew over the bag of the sandwich into my coffee, which then tipped the coffee off the table onto the ground where the top popped off spilling the full coffee and my sunglasses fell into the coffee. Funny. I gathered things up and ate my sandwich, was just going to buy another one after finishing the sandwich, a waitress noticed all the coffee on the ground and came out and gave me a new one on the house.

Good service is good service, and the grace they gave me made me want to fill...
