Sien Feng — Restaurant in Rotterdam

At this place they don't care one bit about the customers. I've been ordering here for years. Sometimes they would forget something but usually they would make up for it somehow.

When the new laws for plastic packaging were implemented, they saw it as an opportunity to add extra costs. I realise they couldn't do anything about the law, but there was maneuverability for them to not just add extra euros on top of every bill and still comply with the law.

I gave them a call to talk it over and explain how I felt. However, there was no talking to her. I tried to offer suggestions like bring one's own containers and talk about what other companies are doing to deal with this issue. The lady on the phone immediately went on the defensive and resorted to whataboutisms, just to top it off with ridiculing me for bringing it up. Obviously, I was not impressed with the way she handled some customer feedback, feedback from a loyal customer for years.

The food is pretty good. Not good enough to deal with this treatment...

This was my last time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered 16:45 estimated time of delivery was 17:50 actual delivery was 18:50 called the restaurant multiple times they did not want to try and come to an normal compensation. My problem sure was not resolved and the employee did not seem to mind any discomfort at our side. The restaurant even promised thuisbezorgd to get in contact with me cause they agreed this was too much to thuisbezorgd employee. I will not return to this restaurant for any other service after giving them enough time...

ViaThuisbezorgd besteld: de pagina meldde een bezorgtijd op de van 45 min, via sms werd dit 50 minuten. Inmiddels 1u20min later heeft het restaurant de bestelling op "Bezorgd" gezet, maar mijn eten is niet bezorgd. Zojuist gebeld met het restaurant, en ze zegt dat dit aan het systeem van Thuisbezorgd ligt, nog 10 minuten wachten. Totaal wachttijd 1:30u - dat is bijna het dubbele van de beloofde tijd. Daarbij probeert het restaurant de ratings via Thuisbezorgd te flessen door de bestelling onjuist op "Bezorgd" te zetten.

Eten is uiteindelijk bezorgd door een knul die zijn telefoongesprek hier niet voor kon pauzeren. Ik had o.a. uitdrukkelijk een saoto soep ZONDER taugé besteld. Dat is ze ook niet gelukt. De saoto soep is niet lekker, heeft een rare chemische smaak, en is slecht gevuld. De kipsate heb ik nog niet geproefd, maar mijn verwachtingen zijn niet hoog.

Belabberde service, maar dat had ik kunnen verwachten als ik de andere recensies lees. Doe jezelf een lol en ga je eten ergens...
