So far the best sushi I have had in Schiedam. When I went to eat there everything was super fresh and with only one guy working the sushi was ready super quickly! I’ve been multiple times and have had great sushi every time. With them being understaffed right now I suggest dine in rather than take out. Make sure to try the bubble tea while you are there :)

Alleen was het dit keer wel heeeeel erg koud in de zaak. We hebben met onze jassen aan gegeten. De sushi smaakte overigens wel goed. De Cai's Choice is leuk om te bestellen als je iets anders wilt proeven dan wat je altijd neemt. We hebben de beef nigiri die we daarvan het lekkerst vonden nabesteld (2e foto) . Aardige Chef en een fijne, schone sushizaak voor Schiedam! Hoop dat het zo blijft.

I would not recomend ordering for delivery: It took well over two hours for the food to arrive. We were told lies (the food is on its way, 30 minutes later we were told it was still there but being delivered soon, which wasn't the case for another 50 minutes. In the end we received a poor excuse for why it was late.)

The times I have eaten at CAI the sushi was fresh, well prepared and tasty, but after this experience I won't be eating there anytime soon.

It is OK if you're busy and make customers wait a bit longer, just be honest. Very...
