Pathetic experience. We were 4 people and the person asked us to leave very rudely when we ordered 4 beers and 2 dishes. He said very expensive table, you go to a cheap place and much more.

Things as a restaurant you should remember - We understand the policy of a restaurant but you are in hospitality services and you have to know that you cannot be rude to your customers. The person asked us so rudely and said go to cheaper places.

If you think people need to reserve a table at your restaurant, you should not welcome them at the first place. We asked at the reception and a girl welcomed us.

And if you want to impose one person one dish policy, write that on the menu card. One should know the rule. We didn't want to waste money or food, we just wanted to have a good experience by enjoying drinks and having some snacks at 6pm. Our experience was spoiled very well...

Very rude I believe it was the owner. For everything he made a discussion. Started from the second we walked in. Then wrongly took our order blaming us, he is doing this job for a long time he said and after another very rude response with “you ordered this so you will need to pay for it” as we didn’t order like he said we did. Also our kid was crying for a few seconds before I could take her out of her seat (which was also broken) He even came and said take her out. We didn’t felt like eating nor still welcome after all of this and walked out with paying for actually nothing. Easy to make money like this, letting your guest pay and being rude for no reason. Never have we been treated so bad like this anywhere...

We had a reservation for this restaurant with my parents in law and our 15 month old son. When we entered the restaurant, the service woman already seemed bored. When we asked for our table they offered a table in a dark area. We kindly asked for another table but they said there was only a table for five. When we answered we were five (including our toddler) she just offered the first table again and asked us in a very unfriendly manner if there was a problem. Sorry but with such a rude treatment we lost interest in dinner at that place and had dinner at another place. I cannot review the food quality but service was poor and not...
