Aroi Soi 9 Authentic Thai Food — Restaurant in The Hague

Went to the place and saw a sign "We will be back at 14.30".

So I waited until 14.30. When a male cook came back an saw me. He then unhappily walked towards me and said "Break", as if I did something wrong. Then he walked away, and basically did not care anymore.

After experiencing this bad hospitality, I changed my mind and did not want to order anything anymore.

As a suggestion, the person could have responded differently, e.g., sorry, we need a bit more time. Can you please wait a bit longer? It is a hospitality business afterall.

I also saw another girl waited to order something while this male cook did not care to ask/manage, and I thought she just gave up and...

I swear this place has the best Pad Thai in the Netherlands. I've been to so many places around the country hoping to find good Pad Thai, and this is the only/best place that does it right (this coming from a Thai person), so I keep coming back. Just recently tried their "yum" noodle (spicy noodle soup, boat noodle style) and I'm transported back to Thailand. Their dishes have such an authentic taste that are so hard to find in the Thai restaurants in this country. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars, is because always when we go they don't have what they display on the menu. Our favourite is the chinese brocolli, but it's always unavailable, also when we came especially at 13:00 to taste this. They open around 10:00, but run out at 13:00? This happened twice already.

Hopefully next time we go, they have it in stock. Their fried rice is good though, I must admit that they cook very well and we always leave satisfied, but maybe please invest more in your ingredients? You would get more...
