Booked the apartment and had to pay 3 times. As soon as I told them it’s was paid 3 times by that time, they assured me to check that out and never heard of them again. They ignored my messages and it just seemed like I had been scammed. Unbelievably untrustworthy! Thank god I could get my money back with the help of my bank. Would say horrible service and to be careful if you want to book! The apartment was ok but definitely not worth the amount they made me pay. Lovely apartments in the heart of the city. Perfectly located by Den Haag Central so easy to get train, tram, bus or metro! The apartments themselves, we had two for the family, were well priced, and had everything we needed. The facilities were good, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a washer & dryer. They have key cards instead of keys, which were really handy to put in my wallet. Our apartment could have had a lick of paint in places, and parts were a little bit shabby, but it didn't take away from the nice experience that we had. Posizione decente rispetto il centro e i servizi La prenotazione non risultava e dopo un attesa di 4 ore preparano la camera ed entriamo. Pulizia sommaria e scarsa, mancano le pentole, asciugamani solo per la doccia, per la faccia niente. Mediamente sporco. Abbiamo dovuto acquistare noi la carta igienica e abbiamo dovuto mangiare cibi precotti scaldati al microonde per assenza di pentole. Il parcheggio dichiarato a 20€ al giorno non c’è, ci è stato proposto un parcheggio a 30€ al giorno poi rivelatosi a 36€ al giorno. Abbiamo chiesto annullamento della prenotazione e reso dei soldi: nulla. Accettiamo tutto e contatto Booking per avere il rimborso dell’extra del parcheggio rispetto quanto scritto e dichiarato in fase di prenotazione. La struttura non risponde alle richieste di Booking. Dopo tre giorni lasciamo la struttura e ci arriva una richiesta di risarcimento dicendo che avevamo preso parti della camera e lasciato sporco. FALSITÀ!!!! Una loro vendetta perché Booking ufficialmente gli ha detto di rimborsarci l’extra per il parcheggio. Ovviamente non paghiamo. Ci hanno chiesto 125€ di rimborso. ATTENZIONE!!! Non pernottare qua! Ho letto , troppo tardi , delle recensioni e in molti hanno avuto gli stessi nostri problemi. Dicono che abbiamo lasciato la camera sporca. Faccio notare che la camera ci è stata consegnata alla sera perché non pronta e pulita male, abbiamo acquistato sgrassatore e abbiamo pulito noi le parti necessarie per viverci. L’abbiamo lasciata meglio di come l’abbiamo trovata. Unica cosa, abbiamo lasciato un sacchetto con la spazzatura, non sapevamo dove lasciarla ma in ogni caso al nostro arrivo c’era già un sacchetto con la spazzatura giustamente poi ritirato dalla ragazza...
