BUZA Restaurant — Restaurant in The Hague

We ordered chef’s menu. The food was looked aesthetic, the taste of it was savory. The portions were of good size as to not overeat or remain hungry after, therefore just enough. Some dishes from the Chef’s menu were shared which was not always comfortable to do in case of pasta. The atmosphere is cozy, with candles and natural flowers. The space was overcrowded at some moment. It is a cozy restaurant, suitable for a date, because it is difficult to hear eachother if you go with a group. We were satisfied with the waiter that introduced us to the menu but then the waiter changed and messed a bit our order but it was fixed so we remained satisfied. A very cozy place, I really liked the terrace in front of it with this huge tree. My pasta with forest mushrooms was good but not €23.50 good. The mussels are from Zeeland, so be prepared, they do not taste like good French ones, so don’t recommend. Crème brûlée was ok, quite mediocre, tried way better in France as well.

What a very nice new place in the Valkenboskwartier.... Good place where you just feel at home. (What else?...) The service is great, meals are simple but with high quality ingredients, and wines and absolutely divines!!! Outstanding surprise with the Iberico cheek (served for dinner only). Quite awesome on every level. I tried this place for lunch and "simple" coffe as well and recommend it too as well. Not only the espresso is delicious but spirit is here. Long live Buza, keep up...
