Cafe Franklin — Restaurant in The Hague

I have walked past Franklin a number of times, as I live not too far away. It looks like a nice relaxed bar for food and/or drinks with friends, oftentimes with some nice music playing. I never actually got around to visiting, but have ordered from them during the COVID lockdown trough their website, rather than any of the major delivery platforms.

The food was very tasty and was delivered with care. I ordered the burger, and I chose one of the many beers they have on offer, as well as their crispy chicken. I certainly aim to pay them a visit once everything opens back up again, and would recommend others...

We went for a fast coffee, the atmosphere was amazing, great music, nice views, very pretty bar and nice stuff. It looks inviting and professional. Unfortunately I can’t really rate the food cause as I said, we only went for a coffee but I will come again for sure. Great coffee and delicious biscoff cookie as well 😊 I loved the fact of the real candles on the tables, many restaurants lost that tradition and changed it for ugly cheap...

Had a great experience last night. Went there with my girlfriend last night and it was great. We wanted to check their new menu so we booked a table. We started the evening seating outside for a little bite and drink in the lovely terrace and inside we had an amazing dinner with kokels, lamb, tartare and onglet. Everything was spot on… the service, the atmosphere and the food was amazing! Well done guys! Will come...
