We ate in Rakang Thai for the first time. The staff were nice although not very hygiene minded (little ambrella fell on the floor only to be put back in the glass of juice, holding glasses from the inside..). The starters were good, although we asked for non spicy for the kids and one of the salads was super spicy. Pad Thai was nice! The most problematic thing was with the fish in red curry sauce. This was fish jerky! Extremely dry, to the point it was inedible. I informed the staff right away but after 15 minutes with no reaction, I had to inform another staff member. The answer was that this is the way it is supposed to be and that's the way Surinamese eat it. In a Thai restaurant?? The dish was fully charged. They offered me a beer, which I thankfully declined.
