Used to love coming to this place but the service has declined so much, perhaps they need more attentive service workers. Watched a lady wait for 30 minutes outside for service, whilst we waited around 15 minutes for deserts. Nearly every item we got had something missing or was wrong. Our ham & cheese toastie was missing the ham and had tomato instead. We ordered mayo and ketchup for two dishes, both dishes were missing one or the other. My hot chocolate was missing the cream. They brought the wrong pastry for my mother. The only things which were correct was my croissant and a coffee. They have also overcharged us in the past, by changing the croissant to a toastie ☹️. Shockingly bad service has become standard. I have been going to this place for years. When the owner changed, so did the quality. If you want chocolates, they are as always. if you want food or coffee, don't bother. It has been a steady decline. The last time I went, about six months ago, it was really bad.
