Naga Thai — Restaurant in The Hague

Found it by accident. Restaurant itself designed in nice decor. Food wise: I ordered Tom kha soup, red curry and green papaya salad. Soup cane first and I was really positively surprised. Nice flavour, strong and tasty well balanced. Red curry was also very good. Found some nice original Thai ingredients in curry which was nice surprise. Well done so far. Salad was a bit issues - whatever I’ve been served, it wasn’t what original recipe. Waiter before paying apologised that I didn’t like it and offered removed it from bill. Good approach, that’s why food is still 5* - but for next time guys just serve good stuff first! Service- I was just little disappointed, ie I was asked for drink order and I have to ask for drink during a meal … and still it was never brought to me😬 I would understand if super busy time, but restaurant was half empty during lunch.. devils in detail guys. We had dinner here. Good food, but unfortunately, the experience was let down by the service. Upon arrival, we kindly asked for 15 minutes to look through the menu before ordering the food, after we received our beverages. However, within just a couple minutes, we were approached rather forcefully, by a woman who I believe might be the owner. Despite our polite request for more time, she insisted we order immediately, saying "the time already passed" in a tone that felt unnecessarily, aggressive and very unwelcoming. Later on, she mentioned it was because of the staff cleaning the kitchen and she made some bad jokes which made us and our friend feel uncomfortable, a bit more attentiveness to the customer experience would go a very long way. We are NOT picky customers and I’m sharing this as constructive feedback because even if you serve the best food in the world, that deserves equally...

Most horrible and humiliating experience ever. The food was good but the staff was crazy. I went to tell the waiter i wanted to split the bill, he asked me to go back to my table. Then they came with the wrong bill so they went to figure out what they did wrong so i went to ask him again if i could split the bill he asked (rudely) to go back to my table. When he came he had not split the bill and when i asked him to split it he told me it is not possible and started yelling that i should have asked him from the beginning to split it (which i tried to tell him twice) and he started screaming at me that it is not possible and when i paid the whole bill he started yelling at me to leave the restaurant. Conclusion good food but mentally unstable staff. PS: all i asked was to split the receipt so i could submit it...
