Curry's & Tandoori — Restaurant in The Hague

The food took 90 minutes to arrive but... it was a Friday night at dinner time, we live a bit out of the way and the app had estimated 70 minutes, so no shocking surprise.

I called to check whether he thought they'd be roughly on schedule and was greeted super politely. He apologised as he was short of drivers, and insisted on giving away free food / drinks. I said no need but he still did it. Very kind. The person who delivered was also really nice.

The curry was quite nice, and the naans, mint chutney and lassi just gorgeous.

At around 40 euro for a veg. curry, rice, naan bread and a few pappadums (1 euro / pop), it was a bit on the pricey side but I am definitely keeping...

My order got all mixed up (ordered one drink and two plates), the opposite came out (two drinks and one plate). After getting the food, I go back and ask if I can get another plate (since that's what I have ordered) and let the owner know that I am MORE THAN WILLING to give back the drink since I did not order for it. The owner is like "no worries, I will make you another plate and the second drink it is ON ME". Go back to get the other plate and he makes me pay full for it (without removing the money of the second drink after saying "IT IS ON ME"). I did not want to fight so just paid and left, not going...

I ordered the food at 20.00 o'clock. Food should arrived at 20.50 according to app. Around 22.00 o'clock I called this restaurant why I still didn't get my order. They told me, they don't have all my items so my order can't be delivered. They also told me, they can only bring me one item from 5 if I want. No body even called me to inform me that my food won't bed delivered. They are real amateurs so far. Wouldn't take a risk to buy a food from that people again. Unprofessional. On the app they marked by order as "delivered". So at this moment i lost my money and i didn't...
