Disappointing Experience, would Not Recommend!

We had high hopes for this Turkish restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing today. The food was far from fresh, one of the meat dishes had such an odd and unpleasant taste that we couldn't eat it at all. When we politely raised this with the staff, hoping for some understanding, they were dismissive and unhelpful, "I WILL GIVE YOU DISCOUNT NEXT TIME" staff member added.

What made the situation worse was that they still charged us for the dish we didn’t touch, despite our concerns. There was no apology, no offer to replace the meal, and certainly no sign of professional service, absolutely zero professionalism! The staff seemed more interested in rushing people through than offering a decent dining experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to share. Between the questionable food quality and the lack of customer care, this is not a place I’d return to or...

I had bad service yesterday. While the table was empty since we come in until we left they told us it was fully reserved and we accepted that but the employee behaviour was very rude he lucks the basis of working as a witter bad communication. Even at some points he told us to not laugh loudly while we come the cafe to chill not to be silenced and the music was very loud and he keep saying please rustig while he can decrease the volume of his radio. Yeah also there was something I never been told in other cafe’s that to take my hat off. Anyhow I hope this behaviour should be changed from your employee because it is not professional.
