VORM BINCK CITY PARK project has built 4 blocks in this area with this Q-Park garage underneath our appartment complex. Q-Park is the ONLY parking available in this new "residential area" which is still basically very much a ghetto area. Meaning, when you park on the street, criminals literally set your car on fire, this has already happened on multiple occasions since Decembet 10, 2024 which was the date on which 89 appartment flats have been rented out to tenants who have moved in, in this block 4, in Binck City Park.
Q-Park Binck City Park garage is currently renting out parking lots to it's residents from block 1 through 4 (all in the same plot of land) same parking lots from the same garage is being rent out to residents from blocks 1 & 2 for 150 Euros per month, whereas (us) residents of block 4 are asked to pay 278 Euros for the same.
We have filed complaints with Q-Park, Compact Real Estate and VORM (project owners) and nobody here is taking accountability why same residents from the same area pay such varying amounts. We at block 4 are asked to pay 1500 euros more per year just to be able to park our car safely in our own neighborhood and the Gemeente Den Haag is also not taking any action against this monopoly Q-Park has acquired over our neighborhood which is far from being...
Read moreDuring covid-19 only you can make an appointment by phone and only it is available in Dutch with any possibility to change to english or understand something to select the options. Then and pressing some random keys we got to speak with a real person but she was speaking in dutch again even we requested several times to speak in english please, she was ignoring ON PURPOSE. Finally we repeated the same process and finally other person took the phone and we could speak in english with him. In this case this person was very friendly and he reconnected our call to the right department. The service for not dutch speakers is not always available. We had the same problems trying to contact with other dutch services like utilities or post offices even not in the covid situation. I do understand it's of course the country language, but if english is also official it should be fully supported, otherwise they shouldn't claim their multi-cultural or multi-language...
Read moreYou need to have some business to be in The Hague city .Entire ambience is serene and corporate imbued with collection of rare art works, paintings, invaluable artifacts .Before coming to Hague ,i knew the city as home to International Court of Justice. After staying 4/5 days in WTC_The Hague ( World Trade Centre) , it occurred to me that not kind of city to joke about. Spacious squares, pleasant aura , disciplined social fabric, all appeared very idyllic. If you are an art lover or fond of gothic architecture, this place is right for you. I witnessed a sharp contrast in city life of two countries i:e Holland and Germany. Crossing the Dutch border for entry into Germany ,believe me, like exiting from a fairy land and embarking on Roller coster. I don't know much about night life ,didn't get time for that . However,Hema is good choice for economical shopping. Thanks to Organizers ; CBI, Centre for Promotion of imports into EU from Developing countries of the Netherlands for arranging the visit and imparting useful guidance on EU markets. I knew that by virtue of attending the program , many new entrepreneurs started...
