HFC Hobbemaplein — Restaurant in The Hague

Ordered over them recently from Halala Fried Chicken Den Haag Somehow the order has been accepted, but yhe guys from HFC told me that they haven't received money for this order, which is not true, cause my money are taken from my bank account and they refuse to deliver my order.

Guys from HFC, says that they can't do anything and advise not to order over UberEats, but why do you use their service yourself? If your customers have issues with UberEats, as you claim, then don't use their service!

I filled an official complaint on both companies. Never will order from both of them. The most annoying part is lack of support!!! You simply can't contact anyone...

I got an order, the bag was broken, probably the delivery boy open it and took some of my chily nuggets since I orderd (and paid) 9 and i the box were just 6. When I called HFC i didn't touched the food and I wanted to give it back and get a new clean and 'Untouched' order, the boy at the phone was very rude and before I finished the sentece he said " No, we do not take the bag back". Well if there would be a chance to put -5 stars that would be great, So i made the order through the Uber Eats, after waiting for 1:30 hours i called the restaurant and the guys said that they even havent started, so he started to make and told me that they will deliver as soon as possible. After waiting for another hour no one picked up anymore, i dont know maybe they were ashamed to speak, but in the end the food came cold, messy, soggy in general it was like one big milkshake.
