Was so excited to try this place after reading the reviews and I couldn't wait to eat authentic middle Easter food again. However, I am quite disappointed with the experience. Starting with the pros, the dips and spreads are very refreshing and the veg was perfectly crunchy and fresh. Packaging was also a big plus, we love less plastic. The cons did outweigh the pros though; I'm personally not a fan of chicken gristle, but I look past it if it's not in every bite, unfortunately it was pretty much in every bite of my chicken tenders; we also got an estimate of 5-25 minutes upon ordering and delivery ended up taking almost 3 hours, with us calling back and forth for an update. Honestly, the food tastes really good (that’s why I gave it 1 extra star), but the delivery was a disaster. Here’s the thing, I placed an order on Ubereats with ETA at 11:55, but the staff delivery man only showed up at 12:50. During my almost 1 hour of waiting, I had to phone them twice to track my delivery. When the delivery man showed up, he only said sorry that’s because we deliver food by our own staff.
