I was client of Vincenzo’s since many years, ordering 2 pizzas every Friday which means thousand euros per year. Few weeks ago, I was ordering while walking and the app took the wrong address. I realized that quite later, called Vincenzo’s that told me that my pizza was delivered, hence that someone took the pizza. Should the guy have said that it wasn’t their pizza, Vincenzo’s had my number, could have called me, and I would have grabbed my pizza. But, fair enough, my mistake, wrong address and dishonest people. Since I had the address, I decide to go speak with the stealers. Not to threaten or something, just to ask, if possible, to get the money back. If not, not problem, again my mistake. I speak with the guy, refused to give me a refund but not happy decided to call Vincenzo’s to “report” me. Instead of ignoring this report, implicitly taking my side since I am an old customer, Vincenzo’s decided to call me. The call was surreal. Vincenzo’s accused me of being a weirdo, chasing people for money, that I should do not do that and that next time I should put the address correctly. WOW, Vincenzo’s bailed in taking the side of someone (not a client) that actually robbed its loyal client, making a lesson on what is good and what is bad…for something that they could have simply ignored. The customer care of Vincenzo’s is beyond imagination: they do not try to keep good clients with discounts or just saying “sorry”, they take the side of robbers and teach you a life lesson over the phone. The million times they delivered with more than 30 minutes delay, I should have told them how to make a pizza on time teaching them that if I order a pizza at 8pm it should arrive around 8pm. You guys are just amazing, with no clue about what customer service and care...

Maybe it's because I had high hopes for this place seeing the overall reviews, but I was rather disillusioned with the quality of the food that I ordered (through Uber Eats). I had a Margherita pizza and tiramisu and was really excited to try them out. If you're an ultra thin pizza kind of person then this is the place to be. The pizza crust was springy, chewy, and was nicely charred all around with crispy edges. The topping was alright but nothing special. It consisted of tomato sauce, very thin (crisps-like) slices of melted mozzarella and some basil leaves. For that price (€10,50) it was a pretty good pizza. The real dealbreaker was the tiramisu that I was looking forward the most. Tiramisu is no joke to me and I take it very seriously. Wherever I see tiramisu on the menu I have to try it at all costs. So even though it cost €7,50 I was willing to lose an arm to have a taste of it. It did not deliver. Flavourwise it was nice, you could taste the coffee (espresso I think) and the liquor the moment you bite into it. But then the disappointment hits you as you realise that the entire thing consists of a layer of cake and the saddest meagre layer of cream. It was maybe 90% cake and 10% cream, if not less. Very underwhelming and for €7,50 I was actually offended by it. The cardboard bowl that it came in probably costs more to produce than that it costs to make the tiramisu. 3 stars for the pizza and -1 for...

Simple but efficient menu of tomato based or white pizza’s, the number of places is small so it is advised to book. Although ordering is possible, the kitchen is organised for table serving and have an efficient serving of the pizza, Napoli style with very thin paste. Customers asking fat and oily are a disgrace and insult to Italy’s best pizza and this place, here they respect Napoli style ! (go to Domino or Pizza Hut for that fatty one or having 10 ingredients and excessive seasoning)

Short but efficient wine menu suitable to the strength of the pizza.

Excellent experience for a Vale 46 with Nduja like a Diavola pizza, and Montepuciano d’Abruzzo.. 😘

The price may be slightly expensive at first glance, but you are outside Italy. At 11€ the crappy Hut/Domino or 16€ the fake napolitain with cheap pizza and oily salami, this place have a respectful price at 18-24€ FOR TASTE!

I won’t hesitate to stop another time for a pizza, and will avoid ordering because it pizza should be eaten fresh out of oven.. that’s the true way.

Some customers complaining are speaking loud or coming with children’s when the place is definitely not designed for, and speak in a weird stuff called Dutch I think 🤔 🥲 As if their taste buds had driven European food culture huhu.. 😊

Go there for a nice Italian pizza, Napoli...

It's honestly really hard to go wrong at Vincenzo's. Their pizzas range from "Hits the spot" familiarity to "That just blew my mind" deliciousness, and to top it off, they're all executed perfectly. Not a burned crust or soggy bottom in sight. My boyfriend and I come here whenever there's a special occasion to celebrate, because we like to indulge in the awesome wine they also serve. We once were given a bottle off-menu when we mentioned that nothing peaked our interest, and it was one of the best (white) wines we'd ever had. Definite must: Pizza Finnocheria - fennel salami with dollops of mascarpone (My mouth is watering now) The huge stone oven is also really cool to see, and the waiters are really laid back (sometimes to a fault, but the place is so small that they're easy to get the attention of.) Really cool vibe, and the sliding door to the bathroom is a nice feature. Reservations are practically a necessity, so make one!

2019: Very good pizza but slow service! It took half an hour for the pizza, we saw other tables waiting as well, not sure if this is the case every day but would like to go again, definitely not when starving. The menu has antipasti, pizza and desserts, no pasta or other main courses. The waitresses are friendly. If it wasn’t for the long wait, i’d have given it 5/5 stars. We tried the bresaola and 4-cheese which both were very good. 2024: the pizza is still very good and it still takes a long time to be ready. We loved the 4-cheese and brisket.
