Memorable for all the wrong reasons. We ordered 2 starters and 2 dishes. No alcohol. We figured hummus and eggplant dip would come out really fast since you just spoon those into bowls. Nope.

Couldn't manage to bring us starters until around 40 minutes into our visit. Then didn't bring us bread. We ate the hummus with a fork because even when we asked, the bread came around 10 minutes later. Congrats to the other tables, who each got 2 baskets of bread without asking. The starters arrived with one room temperature lamb and feta pizza. Did you just take it out of the fridge? Or did you cook it, it WAS hot, and you forgot to bring it?

When we tried to wave them down or ask about our food a few times during the hour we were there, they walked by our table as if they didn't see or hear us. Best part: around 45 min in, we get part of our order, and some waiter guy is like "Everything's good, yes?" We said no, we still were missing things we asked for multiple times. He disagreed and was sure it was good now. Hummus and eggplant dip without bread, and one room temperature lunch of the two ordered. Nobody seemed to notice or care about the empty plate that sat in front of my boyfriend from 2:15pm until we left around 3:15pm.

After waiting an hour, we cancelled the veggie wrap we had ordered after being told for possibly the 20th time "just another minute." Their sense of a minute is surreal. Their apologies were not to be believed since if you're really sorry, you make it right.

We paid in full for the food we received and ate. We didn't ask for a discount or free item, and we didn't receive either. Staff appeared to be unhappy and fighting each other. We don't know if this is a typical day and people don't want to leave a bad review, or if our bad day was unique. But we won't be giving them a...
