Indonesia Asli — Restaurant in Utrecht

Was here yesterday and enjoying my Indonesian food that I really missed so much cos can't found any Indonesia restaurant in my living area in Germany. The food was really yummy, the taste same like original indonesian food, cooking and serving by originally Indonesian people. The price is so cheap, compare with the price @all indonesian restaurant in Amsterdam. Will always miss to eating here again. We went for dinner here on Sunday night and it was absolutely awful. Nothing was cooked fresh, we ordered a mix of starters to share (shrimp cake and chicken risolles) and both were rubbery and not freshly fried. Such a shame that they were reheated given that they were obviously homemade. Worse was to come, I ordered spicy beef with tempeh- see photo. The black thing is the beef. Completely inedible. Location was 20 minutes easy walk from Utrecht Centraal, the taste of Indonesia food was original (Asli in Indonesia language) and the price for the portion is excellent. 11€ takeaway is the cheapest compare to other Indonesia restaurants in Utrecht. Although the price is quite cheap but the quality and taste were very Indonesia. Highly recommended if you like authentic taste of Indonesia food.
