Mamounia Patisserie — Restaurant in Utrecht

Great and tasty food I go there almost everyday but the few times the owner has helped me I've received horrible service! Otherwise I would have given it 4.5 stars I stand corrected after reading the owners reply 1 star.

Reply to the owners response (Do you really think it's about the 0.10 cents? I used to buy bread almost every morning and during Ramadan every day at your bakery and never have I been charged for transaction fees nor has my wife. I'm fine with paying the 0.10 cents but you have to have a sign that says "transaction fees" like every shop has that charges transaction fees. You can't just randomly charge this whenever you feel like it. and in the past I've received horrible service from YOU. Not your staff but YOU this isn't the only incident that led me to write a review. Plus I didn't have time to discuss this because I was in a hurry to catch the train.

You won't miss my purchases I'm sure your shop will go on fine without my 0.10 cents as you mentioned in your reply and I hope you remember the other incidents too and post them as well when you reply to this I bet you don't remember...

Higiene is crucial. First and last time I bought anything there. The guy who grabbed my food with his bear hands was the same to handled my payment! That was absolutely disgusting and extremely dangerous specially for these...

Ik ben een regelmatige bezoeker voor allerlei producten van deze patisserie. Altijd prima! Daarom de 3 sterren! Laatst een aantal schalen koekjes aangeschaft. Bij het vragen hoelang deze er al liggen, kreeg ik als antwoord dat ze vrij vers waren en de avond tevoren waren ingepakt. Dat blijkt niet uit de versheid van de koekjes! Wees gewoon eerlijk en plak er een sticker op met datum van wanneer ze zijn. Geen gedoe en laat je de keuze aan de consument! De koekjes waren hard en heel duidelijk over''jarig''.
