Ordered here for the first time in a few years- wow that was disappointing- 50 euro for two persons and ended up with way too much food. Partly because we didn’t enjoy it: everything lacked flavour, no umami, no bitterness, no salt and no acidity. Mainly sweetness in all dishes and of course all the protein is overcooked and bland. In the yu Sian beef they cooked the meat rather than wok it, terrible structure and no flavour due to lack of mailliard. And we also didn’t get any sambal, normally that helps introduce some flavour but even that they do not provide. Never again- an affront to taste (and decency).
