Disappointing experience. We were excited to visit based on recommendations, but the reality was starkly different. Firstly, my wife needed to use the bathroom, and despite clearly seeing one, the staff claimed there wasn't any available for customers. This felt very misleading and inconvenient.

Moreover, the staff's overall attitude left much to be desired; they were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting us or answering questions. What was particularly upsetting was the uncomfortable and unwelcoming behavior from both staff and some patrons that seemed xenophobic towards a crying baby. This kind of attitude has no place in any establishment, especially one that prides itself on community and hospitality.

On the 26th of August went to get a coffee here and I could say that I have drank better coffee from a gas station… I ordered a latte and the woman making it totally butchered the process of making espresso and making the milk. She didn’t tamper down the espresso grounds after pouring them in the portafilter. As well the milk was poorly frothed. So if u want good coffee dont come here. Haven’t tried their chocolate tho, that might be good, but after this… who knows. Best chocolates I’ve ever tasted. The owner is super nice and always finds time for a short conversation. The coffee is high quality and made however you like- no problem whatsoever for vegans of lactose intolerant as there’s a nice variety of plant-based milk to choose from.
