The reason for just one star is the lack of proper customer service and the awful mojito.
We ordered 3 dinners and the food was great. The problem was the awful mojito they serve. A tasteless drink filled with crushed ice about 75% of the glass. You can hardly taste the mint, not enough sugar and way too watered down, due to the excessive crushed ice. We returned the drink and ordered a Hugo which was decent. The problem arose when we refused to pay the 8,50 Euros for that drink (a bit overpriced if you ask me). The staff insisted that we pay for it. I explained that customers visit an establishment for the experience and that this drink did not meet our expectation. I then was told by one of the staffers that nobody ever complains about the drink. I thought to myself, of course not if customers have to fear being confronted like this in case they have a complaint of any kind. Most people just donât say anything and never return. I am a well travelled person and this mojito is among the worst I have tasted. Even two staffers admitted that the mojito is bad. But instead of taking our constructive criticism and improve the recipe (which I could have showed them in less than 5 min how to prepare and serve a delicious mojito) they chose to argue with and fight for their 8,50 Euros. A note to the owners of this restaurant. You have a lot to learn about proper customer service and be more open to the feedback from your customers rather than engaging them in an argument and refusing the notion that anything could possibly be wrong.
We spent over 60 Euros and they still fought to get paid an additional 8,50 Euros for that dreadful mojito. How pitiful! If they hadnât made a big stink about it, I would have been happy with our experience, but now all you achieved is 3 upset customers that will never return and a bad review. And in the end you did not get your 8,50 for the mojito. Again, you need to learn how to accept criticism and act properly. Very...

We came as a group of fourâtwo of us ordered drinks, and two (including myself) didnât, simply because we werenât hungry. Despite this, the waitress repeatedly insisted that unless we ordered something, we had to leave the terraceâsaying that we should at least order drinks because âthey have bills to pay.â
What made it even more surprising was that the terrace was almost empty at the time (around 1:35 PM in the afternoon), and the restaurant was far from busy. Still, the waitress insisted we move, and even stood there waiting until we actually got up and left the terrace.
While we understand that every business has its rules, the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh. This kind of treatment shows a lack of basic respect toward guests. We definitely wonât be returning, and weâll be sharing this experience with others as well. Courtesy and respect should be the foundation of any...
Eten is relatief snel klaar.
2 kritische noten aangaande coronagebeuren:
