Domino's Pizza Wassenaar — Restaurant in Wassenaar

I ONLY GIVE A ONE STAR REVIEW BECAUSE I CANNOT GIVE A NEGATIVE! Worst eating experience anywhere in the world!!! Food was returned and redelivered cold due to an address mix-up but restaurant called the wrong contact number and then the manager lied about the phone number that was used and blamed me!!! The manager has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and called me very rude and said I was shouting and screaming at her even though I kept very calm but pushed my point. I took a photo of the delivery drivers phone log as proof the wrong contact number was used and the mistake was dominos fault but she didn't care and hung up the phone!! I raised an online complaint but haven't received any response as of yet. Avoid this place and go to any of the much better local Italian restaurants. Dominos really need to raise their...

If I could give this Dominos' service a 0-star rating today I would! They brought our food late and cold. We understood that part as the weather is terrible outside and the delivery guy was on a scooter. But what really irritated us was that we paid for a pizza that looked nothing like their usual pizzas, and the sauces we paid for were replaced with another kind and no one informed us they had run out until we called to ask!!

Their manager was the worst part of this whole experience when over the phone with him. He was terrible at solving the problem and didn't even try or sound like he cared. I visited this place 18.08.2024 at 20:46. We ordered 2 pizzas and went at home. We ate one of it and when we almost finished the other one we discovered that it had an extra ingredient : a fly. When we went to the store to get some explanation - we got few rude employees who actually didn’t have any glows and hats on them and were pretty aggressive towards us. When we tried to talk about a problem they made some fun of us and blamed us for putting that fly there ourselves.
