MAXIM’S — Restaurant in Zwolle

Two experiences were the worst ever, the waitresses are boring and no respect for the customer not even a fake smile, in the first experience I ordered coffee, the coffee was almost cold I was calling the waitress and she didn't respond, in the second experience I asked her if they had lemonade and the waitress answered yes, then I brought juice mixed with water, I told her this was not my order and she repeated my order, she brought me water with a piece of mint. The waitress put it improperly and went, I went back to the manager again and told him that it wasn't my order and that the waitress was taking it inappropriately and the manager replied rudely that's what we have, the waitress knows her business, I was shocked by the answer, I didn't wait long to go outside the cafe. I never recommend it. The bathrooms are also very disgusting . . . . ((This is not true, my drink has only been changed twice ((there may be a mistake in understanding each other in explaining and understanding the type of drink)) but the behavior of the waitresses is disrespectful, I advise you to change the waitresses so as not to lose the rest of the...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maxim’s, and it was such a wonderful experience. The highlight for me was the mustard soup—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It’s one of those dishes you immediately want to recommend to everyone you know. The overall atmosphere at Maxim’s was just as memorable. The vibe was very chill and relaxed, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a good meal. The staff was welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, which added to the laid-back feel. Horrible experience. We waited over 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. When the sandwiches arrived my sandwich had a hair in it. My boyfriend was halfway done with his sandwich before we were able to get anyone's attention, and then the waitress had the audacity/ idiocy to ask if we wanted to send it back or keep it. Waited FOREVER for the replacement, to the point that we were about to give up. Then we were unable to even leave because yet again there was no one to be found for us to flag down to pay.
