Starbucks — Restaurant in Zwolle

I usually always been ordering usual black coffee, today I decided to try something else and took matcha latte, I’ve never tried anything more disgusting, very grassy and sour, I do matcha myself at home and it definitely shouldn’t be like that.

Also employee had no idea what she’s doing, was asking colleague how many scoops of matcha should she put, I think that’s obvious things that you have to teach your new workers or at least they should also educate themselves.

Place itself very nice, also workers always very friendly and chill, but job doesn’t done well...

I had a frappucino, while I mainly do like this Starbucks. The snacks are very dry. Almost like you need to order a drink with it.

If you happen to use Too Good to Go, I wouldnt always recommend it. sometimes you get less than it should be worth :(

Gross burned dish water. Pumkin spice latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle is what i asked for. Got some overpriced nonsense that tasted burned. Can't even taste the pumkin spice bc of the extreme sweetness and burned coffee beans. Never again going to Starbucks. Rude manager btw snapping at his employee...
