Burger Wisconsin Remuera — Restaurant in Ōrākei

Visited this place 2 years ago and the food was way better... The staffs here is changed frequently, and so is the quality of the food, sometimes it can be good sometimes not. Just purchased the BBQ Beef & Bacon burger and the bacon was overcooked like charcoal...when I was waiting in the store I saw that the staff literally just left the bacon on flames - even he noticed it, quite a lot of staffs don't really care if the patty/bacon is overcooked or not. Service is fine

A very disappointing meal. I spent $150 on a takeaway meal on Monday evening for my whole family (minus one daughter) and not one person finished their meal. It was mostly cold or overcooked or tasted stale. I have to say that mine was delicious even if it was left off the delivery and I had to go and get it. I have been in contact with the manager who couldn't have been nicer or more apologetic. I have been promised a voucher for the cost of the meal but to be honest why would I go back when the meal was so unsatisfactory. There's no sign of said voucher as of today so perhaps it...

Poor vegetarian burger. I ordered the Vege deluxe which had Chickpea falafel, spicy satay, camembert, garlic mayo, salad, relish. Bun was nice, and the overall burger size was just for the value, however the chickpea patty tasted like cardboard and was overdone, which seems strange. The spicy satay was neither spicy nor a satay, it was peanut butter in a large blob in the middle of the patty. I have to give the benefit of the doubt that meat burgers are good at this place given the other reviews, which is why its sad the vege one sucked....
