DumpleWing — Restaurant in Ōrākei

Very disappointing, they left out part of my order! When confronting Mr dumplewing himself about it, he blamed the mistake on the menulog driver! I was then told by the purveyor of winged dumplings that he would call me back after contacting menulog about the issue. 25mins elapsed and still no call. I then called them again, and sir dumple continued to blame the driver stating, "he must have lost it". Insinuating that the driver lost part of the order when the packaging was in tip top shape is rather sad. definitely going to shity...

Please run, more than an hour waiting time, for a small order and they forget items as well, but in the mean time they still keeping the money. Not respectful, I’ve should read the reviews before ordering. The very patient driver waited for another, keeps asking when the order would be ready and still (i live 1km from the restaurant) came cold and soggy (not the driver fault as i could see he come in a couple of mins). $100 very badly spent. As dishes cost more when you buy from uber eats. Really...

I eat at DumpleWing a lot, usually through UberEats. Pay no mind to the bad reviews, bordering on review-bombing which I can't really figure out. This is a family business, top quality fresh and excellent food, awesome dumplings, fresh chips, excellent cornflake-crusted fried chicken.
