Staff seem friendly enough. Savoury mince pie pastry undercooked. I bought the $6.50 chicken and avocado sandwich. The way the sandwiches are displayed you can't see the ingredients. It was rather firm and cool (not as fresh and soft as I would've liked) and the lack of fillings surprised me! Literally one small piece of chicken and one smaller piece of avocado. No tomatoe, no lettuce, no salad whatsoever. I'm taking it home to complete it :). Coffee very ordinary. How hard can it be to lift the quality of food and coffee? Great location but no...

Bought a steak and cheese pie and a breakfast roll from here with egg bacon and hash brown. Quite possibly the worst steak and cheese pie I have ever had. The pastry was dry and hard, and there was a split between the two parts of the pastry (the top and the bottom). There was effectively no cheese and the filling was the strangest tasting filling I have ever had, and tasted poor. Do not recommend. Seems to always be understaffed. Visited a couple of times lately and waited no less than 20 mins to get a coffee and quiche as there was only one person working trying to juggle the order before me first. The food was also burnt by the time it came out on both occstions as they forgot it was in the toaster. The decor is also super dated, dark and in need of a refresh.

Appreciate the staff are doing the best they can given the circumstances but management should seriously look at improving...
