Just moved into the area and thought we'd give them a try considering the great reviews we'd read.

Whilst the mild butter chicken we ordered for the kids was tasty and contained generous servings of protein, the other spicy dishes we'd ordered for the adults lacked the same depth in flavor, salt, and spice/heat we were expecting. The bread was fresh and tasty but the rice on the other hand was quite stale and clumpy.

I ordered chicken tikka masala for my friend. I went to drop the food as soon as I got home I received pictures from my friend saying that the food was not fresh.In the pictures it looked so bad🤮🤮.I would never eat that kind of food. Their Goan fish curry is superb. This takeaway is a weekly staple for us. Always something interesting and full of flavour. The service is very prompt and the servings are generous. I would recommend this cafe/takeaway among the best in the Eastern Suburbs. Situated inside the Meadowbank plaza, the parking is generous and their hours are very accommodating.
