Decided to have brunch here, but as usual we order our drinks such as coffee before ordering our food. Our waitress refused to serve us any non alcoholic beverages unless ordering food first. Reason being that it is eater and you can order coffee if you don't eat due to the Easter law. This is the first time I've ever heard this "law". I've worked in the hospitality industry for years and well aware that you have to dine (eat a meal) if you wish to have a alcoholic beverage BUT really you have to order food before having a coffee this is ridiculous. When explaining to her we will eat but could we please order our coffee's first, she was rude and told us to follow the law. We decided to leave as there is no reason to be abused. As we where leaving she loudly spoke behind us "go ahead an complain" what was that all about? So here she goes here is her complaint. Read moreI came in on Saturday night for dinner with 3 others, and we all left a bit disappointed. 2 out of 4 of the meals were well below average, and therefore, could hardly be eaten, and the other 2 meals were just “alright”. The seafood chowder was bland and “tasted like milk and cream mixed with vegetables and no seasoning”, and the lamb salad was not much better. The waiter asked how everything was upon clearing the dishes (this should’ve been asked much earlier) and his response was incredibly unprofessional, and it was obvious he didn’t know how to respond.
