Horrible experience 😪 The customer service was terrible the lady that served us was very rude I asked to PAY for 2 containers for sauce and she all she said was NO in the rudest tone with her earbuds plugged in the whole time when we walked in she was laughing watching a video on her phone and after seeing us got annoyed at us probably because we interrupted her youtube video she also refused to give us the rice and sauce that came along with the drypot and it wasn't just one time everytime I go there by myself or with friends she does the same thing refusing service and being rude for no reason we weren't loud at all, all we did was go up to the counter after choosing our ingredients to pay and all we got was her being rude because it was an inconvenience for her. I am a first-timer so I won't be saying that they always have good services but I had excellent service here today. Asian businesses' customer service is always a hit and miss. I hope they continued to keep up their customer services as it will help them when competing against other restaurants.

Very disappointed experience here. They offered a free bowl of rice over $20 purchase, but not allow me to take away the UNFINISHED rice even I told them I can pay for the container. I don’t want to waste food but they insisted saying their free rice is only for dine-in not for takeaway. Excuse me?!
