I can’t believe I went my whole life getting my hair done by anybody other than Emma! If I could give a thousand stars I would. She is so kind and hospitable and even provided free snacks and a drink.

I went last week not knowing exactly what I wanted and ended up getting a perm and fringe cut which took up much more time than either of us expected (on a Friday afternoon too), but she had been so nice about it and also talked me through a lot of the process and the aftercare.

It was also the first time I enjoyed getting my hair washed at a hair salon. Her basin doesn’t hurt your neck at all and was the perfect height. I struggle with being around people so the business being slightly smaller than a usual salon with just her working alone made my experience much better and more comfortable, especially because she isn’t rough when handling your head, and always careful when using heated devices.

Have never been to a hair salon since I was 12 years old just did home cuts but my partner wanted me to get a haircut so I chose Emma for affordable and distance. I was super afraid but her calmness and the facility made me calm. I explained I wanted to go short but something that would suit my fuller face! First the hair wash...I could've stayed there forever the added head massage was unbelievable, she showed me a few options and explained the pros/cons of each and also suggested add-ons. I was unsure of the end result as it was very different to my normal bun routine but once home I'm slowly getting used to it. Only downfall was not very talkative and when sitting there for more than 40mins it kind of felt awkward. Still great job, lovely facility...

I booked with her last minute, and she was incredibly accommodating with prompt and clear communication throughout. Her salon space is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up — the complimentary drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. She really listened to what I wanted, and it showed in the results.
