Ordered a Lychee Fruit Tea, Asked the staff member to replace Collagen with Pearls and got told that it wasn’t possible. I mentioned that other stores have done it many times and had no issues doing it. The repeated again saying they don’t do it. Anyways, it’s not a big deal. However the drink with the lychee pieces tasted like it was off (expired). It gave me a sore throat. I wouldn’t recommend this branch. They seem to judge people that aren’t of asian descent. I purchased a drink which tasted basically like water and when asked to have a replacement this created an issue with management. We are regulars here, Lilian, Alan and staff are lovely. We come for our usual Smash Lime, Passionfruit Mango oolong, Smash orange and our seasonal Watermelon slushy and Feijoa drinks. Caramel latte is good too. We've never had any issues here at this shop. I'd rate them the best Wucha in AKL, hands down! they know how to make good drinks, such hard workers. Thanks...
