Big Bake Bakery — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

Went there today ordered a milkshake ,with trim milk as she kept cleaning the floor it overflowed everywhere a huge puddle she swore, poured it into another cup and passed it to me …I was so surprised it was paper weight :O so took out asked hubby if he agreed he said was complete froth, so I took it back and asked her to feel it she said was cause trim milk I said no it all poured out on machine, day mumbled under breath and threw it across smashing into seat and mumbled under her breath loudly ,grabbed another as mumbling under breath and I said no this isn’t customer service I’m wanting money back as she was cursing and moaning under breath and said not happening and she carried on making …lovely lady blonde hair apolized not listening to lady and gave me money back as lady still saying things banging things like a 3 year old tantrum.she is always rude but love there food but not there drinks and she needs to change attitude …unsure if ever go back we go 3 times a month at times …she needs retraining on...

Witnessed the lady with dark hair and an accent serving a customer and she had a foul attitude. Maybe she had a rough day but personal is not professional. She was so horrible to this customer that I felt uncomfortable so walked out as I did not want to be next in the firing line. The customer looked shocked and from what I saw the customer hadn't done anything to deserve it. The food is below average and high price for what it is. I only stopped in as I hadn't eaten all day but would rather go elsewhere after what I saw. Such a shame one member of staff who represents values and integrity of big bake has set such a volatile tone for the bakery. Fingers crossed she sees this and is able to grow and choose kindness over snarkiness.

Also most of your biscuits at the counter need binning. They look old...

We called in there on sunday 15th January to pick up some lunch. First of all there was no mince and cheese pies and the staff send they were about 30 minutes away (to Long to wait). So we got a vegatian pie which wife said so not nice no favour at all could not eat it at all, my daughter got two little mince savouries which said was cold and were totally horrible no taste. Myself i grab a chicken roll, which was so boring there was no cheese, egg mayo the most things you find in a good roll. why put cupsicans in it!! Could not eat it at all. the only really nice item that we all enjoyed was the big rasberry bun. So sorry to say you guys have lost out on that, really need to improve on favour and taste. Also my wife is a baking and she knows when she see's poor quality of food and...
