Would we go back? No....never, what an insult
Due to an obvious workload, we patiently waited for our order. Come 30 minutes we became a little concerned as it appeared online orders were taking priority. But hey, Tolerance goes along way and it's tough times for buisseness, so waited another 20 minutes
By this time after we had been obviously visible waiting for our order (in a unheated freezing restaurant)...and with no one asserting themselves....we asked at counter how long was our order only to find out there had been a communication problem of some sort
Not a great experience, 20kms wasted trip and a evening ruined
There was a guy in the kitchen without a mask nor gloves intermittently invloved looking disinterested and rather unmotivated. ...I suspect Management, if this is the experience good cash buys for premium food...its an insult to other Burger Fuels
Cambridge is visited by us often and always top notch...take some guidance from those guys

Read moreI ordered online and was told it would be ready to pickup contactless in 10 minutes. Upon arrival I saw the contactless pickup table outside where it states "Ordered online? Just wait here and we'll be right out". 30 minutes passed so I went in to enquire why my order was now 20 minutes overdue. They asked my order name and then turned around and pulled my order out of the warming drawer and my milkshake out the fridge. They had been ready the whole time and just didn't bother to bring it out. This is seriously infuriating and utterly dissapointing since the whole point of contactless delivery is designed to remove the need to go in to the store, wait in lines and "contact" them over the counter. The staff don't seem to understand their own policies and are causing people who want to use contactless to have to go in to the store which completely negates the reason of having it the first place. Read moreVery average experience at this BurgerFuel been here a few times yet this most recent time in particular was the worst we ordered then a large group came in after us of about 50 people, the staff made all their food they ordered before us and made us wait 45mins maybe more and served our food after them which is terrible customer service.
This Burgerfuel franchise in particular does not make the burgers as big as the rest its like they are purposely making smaller burgers which us weird and this has been consistant evrytine i have been there conoared to others in the franchise its like they are skimping on the portions. Which is a rip off for what you pay as a customer and the quality you should recieve.
Who ever is in charge or the owner if this franchise sort ut out! Because you are dropping the standard terribly and yes i did complain to them on that night they gave us a free burger for the inconvenience in that regard nga mihi/thank you yet you guys...
