No doubt there food is good sometimes but not going to order anymore now after had disappointment. we ordered takeaway dinner along with 2 starters and curry with bread naan. Pickup before 10pm but my partner was holding baby so wasn’t able to check the items. 10:30 when we were serving the meal found only starters and nann was there. There was no curry or nice. As they forgot to put all items or may be chef forgot to make whole order. It ruined our dinner, were really disappointed. Next morning we ring them to explain whatever happened, it was oaky they served us curry with rice but wasn’t tasting good i had to throw the whole container. It was just wasting to time and money. Have been to Red Chilli numerous times and they are definitely our favourite Indian in town. Friendly, attentive and professional service. The food is great; while I prefer a nice medium spice, they have happily catered to those in our group who can only handle the milder side of mild. Excellent vegetarian dishes (the kashmiri paneer is A+) and the meat eaters have always been more than happy. Both dine in and take away have very generous portion sizes at great prices. If you're in a group we can definitely recommend the banquet menus but be prepared to be taking home...

After waiting an hour and a half for an order ro be delivered I find out my order was delivered to the wrong address. The restaurant insinuated this was somehow my fault and I should pick my order up from the correct address. Really poor customer service, they just really don't care about there customers. And apparently i'm to do there job too and pick up my own delivery? This use to be my go to not anymore. I have received no sorry or no offer of compensation.
