TANK Papamoa - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

I love tank but my experiences with the Papamoa branch haven't been great. Ordered online a few months back, went to collect, they hadn't received my order, made it and then said they had made an extra smoothie for waiting which I had actually ordered and paid for two anyway so didn't get anything extra. Ordered online the other day to collect after work, arrived and she said sorry salad bar is closed and hadn't seen my order. Saw my order receipt still sitting in the printer and since I had already paid she made my salad but then were out of a main ingredient which has happened on multiple occasions. Just inconsistent and never seem to look at the online orders coming in and seem to shut down well...

I had been in the Papamoa Plaza tank earlier today, (17th Nov) I go in here monthly, usually always the same workers, now there is one worker who is always unfriendly & blunt, but I got used to it, however today was by far the worst. I was not spoken to at all, she gave me a head nod when I placed my order, she didn’t tell me when to pay… I hadn’t even noticed she put the price through the eftpost machine. Fast forward to when mine and my partners drinks were made, she slides them across the counter instead of placing them and rolls her eyes at me. Papamoa tank, Anzac day today and there was one girl there super grumpy snatching cups and slamming things down we felt sorry for the other workers my 18 yr old even mentioned how grumpy she was and shouldn't be at work, got 2 drinks and a salad the salad was swimming in dressing that by the time I got around to eating it the lettuce was super soggy and I had a lovely present in my salad a big old chicken bone. For the money we paid I wouldn't recommend this...
